Chi management comprises of individuals with immense experience in the hospitality segment and proven track records of successful restaurants. The owners are Sohrab Sitaram and Rohan Gupta.

Sohrab Sitaram has more than 16 years of experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry with a career spanning from working for Taj Group of Hotels to creating brands like TabulaRasa, Shalom (Goa and Delhi), Laid Back Waters, Italic and No Escape.

Rohan Gupta is also the  Owner of Tabularasa, Kitchen (Khan Market and Defence Colony) , Ploof Deli along with Red Monkey
